A monumental FŌTERA^® mural, depicting a triumphant Justice holding her scales high in front of Prince George's County burning courthouse, fills an interior wall in the Duvall Wing of the newly rebuilt courthouse. The powerful image of Justice overcoming adversity reminds visitors that justice will prevail, even in the face of tragedy. The patined copper frame is made from the original Courthouse roof.
